USE CASE · CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Turn available accounts into a shared response workflow

Give permitted employees one place to open account conversations, understand message context, translate when needed, and send replies.

01

From account availability to a reply

  1. 01

Keep the intended service account online and available within the tenant port limit.

  2. 02

Open the customer-service workspace and choose the relevant account or conversation.

  3. 03

Review the visible thread and use translation only when it helps the employee understand or draft a response.

  4. 04

Send the reply from the chosen account and retain the available conversation context for later follow-up.

02

Operational boundaries

Employee access

Tenant administrators decide which employees may access the workspace; platform-only settings remain hidden.

Translation responsibility

Machine translation can be imperfect. Employees should review sensitive, legal, payment, or safety-related wording before sending.

Account state matters

A conversation cannot be treated as deliverable when the selected account is offline, unavailable, or restricted by the platform.
