Baseline terms for access to the JIZHOU website and service, subject to the commercial agreement governing a customer deployment.

1. Scope
These terms govern access to the public website and, where incorporated into an order or agreement, use of the JIZHOU service. A signed commercial agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with this page.
2. Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for authorized users, credential protection, account and protocol data they provide, and actions performed through their tenant. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly.
3. Permitted use
The service may be used only for lawful communications involving authorized recipients and in compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, telecommunications, and platform rules. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
4. Third-party services
Viber, translation providers, networks, hosting services, and protocol services are third parties. Their availability, rules, and decisions are outside our control. JIZHOU is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rakuten Viber.
5. Service availability
No uninterrupted operation, guaranteed message delivery, account availability, or immunity from platform enforcement is promised. Maintenance, dependencies, security events, and third-party changes may affect the service.
6. Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit and confirm they have authority to process it. Data handling and retention details may be further defined in the applicable agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, abuse, or material policy violations. Tenant expiry and post-expiry data deletion follow the service lifecycle and applicable agreement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability limits and exclusions are those stated in the applicable commercial agreement. This website does not expand a contractual warranty or remedy.
9. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material contractual changes are handled under the applicable agreement. Contact us through the published Telegram channel with questions.
