How the JIZHOU website and service may process contact, account, operational, and technical information.
Last updated: 2026-09-18
1. Information we process
Depending on the relationship, information may include business contact details, tenant and employee account data, Viber account and resource data submitted by customers, task and audit records, conversations handled through the service, and technical logs.
2. Why we process it
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, execute requested operations, troubleshoot failures, maintain auditability, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
3. Roles and customer responsibility
For recipient and customer data submitted by a tenant, the customer generally determines the purpose of processing and must provide required notices and lawful basis. Specific controller and processor roles should be stated in the applicable agreement.
4. Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, translation, communications, security, and support providers where necessary. It may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect users and the service. We do not describe Viber as our affiliate or data-processing partner.
5. Retention
Information is retained only as needed for the service, security, legal, and contractual purposes. Under the current tenant lifecycle rule, tenant data becomes eligible for deletion after more than three months without renewal, subject to backup and legal-retention constraints.
6. Security
We use access controls, tenant scoping, operational records, and infrastructure safeguards appropriate to the deployment. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Choices and rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Requests involving customer-controlled data may need to be directed to the relevant customer first.
8. International processing and changes
Service providers and deployments may process information in different countries. Contractual arrangements should identify relevant transfer safeguards. This notice may be updated when processing changes.
9. Contact
Use the published Telegram contact to reach the operator about this notice. Do not send passwords, protocol credentials, or sensitive personal data in the first message.
10. Optional website analytics
Website analytics is disabled by default. When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow it, to measure public page visits and Telegram consultation clicks. Google may process network and device information and use analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send business accounts, message content or URL query parameters to analytics. You can stop further tracking through Analytics preferences. A consultation click is not a completed conversation or sale.
