FAQ
Common questions, direct answers
01Is JIZHOU an official Rakuten Viber product?+
No. JIZHOU is an independent third-party operations tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rakuten Viber.
02What is a port?+
A port represents one unit of concurrent signed-in account capacity for a tenant. It does not limit how many account records may be stored.
03Can different tenants import the same account?+
An active account is intended to belong to one tenant at a time. Under the current rule, it may be imported again after the previous record is marked as banned.
04Does the system guarantee delivery or prevent bans?+
No. Delivery and account enforcement depend on many factors controlled by networks, recipients, protocol behavior, and the platform. The product provides workflow controls and visibility, not immunity from enforcement.
05Which message formats are supported?+
The initial workflow focuses on plain text, image with text, and video with text. Availability can still depend on protocol-service capability.
06Can employees see platform settings?+
No. Platform-level configuration, including translation-provider credentials, belongs to platform administrators and is not exposed to tenants or tenant employees.
07Where do task results appear?+
Import, account, synchronization, check, and message outcomes appear in task records. The notification center is reserved for concise platform and service notices.
08What happens after a tenant expires?+
Access and lifecycle handling follow the tenant service rules. The agreed policy schedules tenant data for deletion after more than three months without renewal; operators should arrange export or renewal before that point.
09Can country be detected during import?+
Country selection may be left empty when a supported account or phone format includes enough dialing information. A manual country choice remains available as a fallback for ambiguous cases.
10How is translation handled?+
Translation is optional and configured by platform administrators. Machine output should be reviewed by an employee before sending when accuracy is important.
