Required conduct
Authorized recipients
Maintain a valid lawful basis or authorization for contacts and preserve evidence where required.
Accurate identity and content
Do not misrepresent the sender, purpose, offer, or relationship with JIZHOU or Rakuten Viber.
Recipient control
Provide and honor opt-outs, suppression, privacy requests, and complaint handling as applicable.
Reasonable operation
Use pacing, account capacity, and monitoring appropriate to the audience and stop when risk signals require review.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal or harmful activity
No fraud, phishing, malware, exploitation, harassment, threats, illegal goods, or facilitation of crime.
Unsolicited abuse
No indiscriminate scraping, purchased lists without a lawful basis, deceptive lead generation, or repeated contact after opt-out.
Evasion
No attempts to bypass platform safeguards, conceal abusive behavior, defeat access controls, or interfere with security monitoring.
Sensitive misuse
Do not target or infer sensitive personal traits in ways prohibited by law or likely to cause harm.
Service interference
No unauthorized testing, overload, reverse engineering of this service, credential sharing, or access to another tenant's data.
Enforcement
We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access when activity creates legal, security, recipient, platform, or infrastructure risk. Customers must cooperate with reasonable investigation and remediation requests.
