Overview

Connect the operational steps that matter

Account operations

Import protocol accounts in batches, organize them with groups and labels, and run bulk sign-in or sign-out tasks.

Controlled messaging

Build recipient lists, reusable message content, paced delivery tasks, and reviewable execution records.

Shared service inbox

Let permitted employees work from the same tenant inbox with account-scoped conversations and translation support.

What is included

A practical workspace for daily operations

The product focuses on the operational steps teams repeat every day instead of hiding them behind disconnected tools.

01

Accounts and capacity

See account status, profile information, grouping, tags, assigned proxy resources, and tenant port usage in one place.

02

Resources that stay organized

Maintain target numbers, approved scripts, persona assets, proxy groups, and usage state without mixing data between tenants.

03

Tasks with evidence

Follow imports, sign-in jobs, profile sync, checks, and message delivery from task records rather than relying on temporary notifications.

04

Conversations for the team

Surface available accounts in the customer-service workspace and keep conversation context accessible to authorized employees.

RESPONSIBLE USE

Designed around responsible use

JIZHOU is an independent operations tool. It is not a way to bypass platform controls or contact people without authorization.

Tenant isolation

Tenant-owned accounts, resources, staff access, and work records remain separated by the application permission model.

Visible activity

Task results, platform notices, and audit records help administrators investigate what happened and who initiated an action.

Operator control

Delivery pacing and account selection remain explicit so teams can align campaigns with consent, local law, and platform rules.

Is JIZHOU an official Rakuten Viber product?

No. JIZHOU is an independent third-party operations tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rakuten Viber.

What is a port?

A port represents one unit of concurrent signed-in account capacity for a tenant. It does not limit how many account records may be stored.

Can different tenants import the same account?

An active account is intended to belong to one tenant at a time. Under the current rule, it may be imported again after the previous record is marked as banned.

Does the system guarantee delivery or prevent bans?

No. Delivery and account enforcement depend on many factors controlled by networks, recipients, protocol behavior, and the platform. The product provides workflow controls and visibility, not immunity from enforcement.
