SECURITY & RESPONSIBLE USE

Operational controls do not replace legal responsibility

JIZHOU helps teams separate tenants, control access, and review activity. Customers remain responsible for consent, lawful processing, content, and platform compliance.

01

Product controls

Role boundaries

Platform administrators manage the whole system. Tenant administrators and employees operate only within their permitted tenant scope.

Tenant separation

Accounts, resources, employees, tasks, conversations, and operational data are scoped to the owning tenant.

Auditability

Sensitive administrative and tenant actions can be recorded for investigation and accountability.

Credential boundaries

Platform integration settings such as translation credentials are kept in the administrator area and are not shown to tenants.

02

Customer responsibilities

Authorization

Contact only recipients for whom you have valid authorization or another lawful basis, and maintain proof where required.

Recipient rights

Honor opt-outs, deletion requests, and other privacy rights required by applicable law.

Platform rules

Follow current Viber terms, policies, rate limits, and enforcement decisions. The system must not be used to evade controls.

Data minimization

Import only the information necessary for the intended workflow and remove data when it is no longer needed.

03

Retention and deletion

Tenant service expiry and data lifecycle are distinct events. Under the current product rule, data becomes eligible for deletion after more than three months without renewal.
