Using the Viber team inbox and translation
Choose an online account, open the right conversation, review translated messages and check sending results when helping Viber customers across languages.

Confirm the replying account
- 01
Check that the intended account is online in account management.
- 02
Open customer service, select that account and open the contact’s conversation.
- 03
Review the recipient and conversation context before composing a reply.
Translate when the conversation needs it
A platform administrator configures the translation provider. Employees use the configured capability without receiving platform API credentials.
- 01
Read the original message and use the conversation’s translation action when needed.
- 02
Check the target language and review names, amounts, dates and commitments.
- 03
Review the final reply before sending it.
Check failures before retrying
Confirm the account remains online, the recipient is correct and the outgoing message status is known. Inspect the record before repeating a failed or uncertain send. For support, provide the time and non-sensitive error details rather than account credentials.
