Choose groups around the work
Use groups for markets or operating roles, such as presales and support. Country describes a number; a group organizes work.
- 01
Create the destination in Groups / tags within account management.
- 02
Import accounts. Country is optional and can provide a fallback when number data is ambiguous.
- 03
Filter by country, phone or existing group and review the intended accounts.
Batch assignment replaces the previous group
Select accounts, choose Batch grouping and confirm the destination. This replaces each selected account’s group rather than adding another group.
- 01
Check the selected count and identities before submitting.
- 02
Filter by the new group after completion to verify membership.
- 03
To restore a previous assignment, select the accounts and reassign them. Record the old assignment before moving mixed groups.
Stored accounts are not concurrent capacity
Ports limit how many accounts can be online at once. Moving an account into a group does not add capacity. Check available ports before signing in and inspect per-account outcomes in task records.
